Local Missions

First Baptist Church is very involved in missions locally . We believe Jesus said to begin in "Jerusalem"! Our Jerusalem mission ministries consist of but not limited to the following:

Bread of Life Homeless Shelter located on Fourth Street in Crossville. Provides temporary housing and the Gospel to those in need. Our involvement has been since the inception of Bread of Life and continues through an adult Sunday School class on Sunday mornings, a weekly Bible study on Monday evenings, and our children prepare a supper monthly. We gladly support the Bread of Life and their directors, Ralph and Connie Reagan, prayerfully and financially.

Plateau Preganancy Services located on Walker Hill in Crossville. PPS provides ultrasounds, abstinence in local schools, and Christian counseling. First Baptist's involvement has been since PPS was formed and continues with prayer, financial giving and personal involvement by our members.
